Report a repair

We have been notified of a potential problem with a shower unit that may have been installed in your property.
The shower in question is a Triton Safeguard +
To find out if your shower is affected please check the model/serial number which can be found on the underside of the shower unit - please see photograph below.
The units affected start with the product code CSGP0 and have a date code stamp between 05/14 (May 2014) to 12/16 (December 2016).
If this particular unit is installed in your property please call the Triton Service team on freephone 0800 0154145 to make an appointment for an engineer to visit free of charge.

When reporting a repair please be ready to give the following details:

  • Your name 
  • Your address
  • A day time telephone number where you can be reached
  • When someone is at home so the repair can be carried out or an inspection can be made
  • As much information about the repair as possible
