Our aim is to provide the best possible service for our customers, but we realise we don’t always get it right and if this happens we want to know about it.

Our complaints procedure is in place to help you resolve difficulties and to help us improve our services. In most cases problems can be resolved informally by contacting us. If you are still not satisfied then we can deal with your complaint and this may go through steps 1 and 2..

Our trained tenant volunteers will adjudicate at stage 2 of a tenant’s complaints. The Panel has a membership of six ,and this is made up of two tenant board members, two tenant forum members and two independent tenants.  The Panel also meets twice a year to go through all the complaints received by Cornwall Housing and look through policy changes on complaints.
