Following Storm Goretti, Cornwall Housing temporarily moved to an essential repairs-only service. Meaning that only emergency and urgent repairs that represented major risk to the property were being logged and responded to while we assessed the situation and manage the storm’s aftermath. This allowed our teams to prioritise urgent and safety-critical issues for residents.
This means residents can once again report:
Routine and non-urgent repairs
Repairs that were postponed while our teams responded to the storm
We would like to thank residents for their patience and understanding while our teams worked hard to respond to the effects of the storm and ensure homes remained safe.

Power outages should be reported to National Grid on 105
Gas leaks should be reported to Wales & West Utilities on 0800 111 999
