About Cornwall Housing

On behalf of Cornwall Council, CHL manages and maintains just over 10,200 Council homes. CHL also looks after approximately 400 leasehold homes on behalf of the Council and manage garages, shops and land in neighbourhoods where there is Council housing. Additionally, CHL owns 56 homes which were built for social rent in Cornwall. Cornwall Housing is a limited company, which is wholly owned by Cornwall Council. Any profits are invested in improving housing in our district.
