Storm Chandra update: Amber weather warning in place for parts of the region.
The Met Office has issued an amber weather warning for rain for parts of Cornwall from 5pm today (Monday 26 January) until 9am tomorrow (Tuesday 27 January). This warning means heavy rain is expected and there is a likelihood of disruption,
Currently, we expect most of our services to continue as normal. However, some disruption may be possible, depending on local conditions.
We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide an update if anything changes.
What you should do
Keep up to date with latest information from the Met Office
Follow Cornwall Council for the latest updates and advice in Cornwall
Take extra care when leaving your home and never drive or walk through flood water.
