About the role
To provide high quality and well managed Income Service with specific responsibility for all matters relating to management of rent accounts and collection of arrears in your designated patch and keeping accurate computer records and other information systems up to date. To provide support to our tenants, with extra support to our vulnerable clients, collecting information and promoting the take up of welfare benefits, Housing and Council Tax Benefit. Postholder will liaise with the Inclusion Advisors, Enforcement Officers, Housing Officers and Housing Benefit Officers as well as external agencies and stakeholders including Universal credit DWP service centres, local jobcentre plus teams, CAB, local food banks, CMHT, Social Services and any local support services to provide money and financial inclusion advice to our tenants.

Our offer to you
Salary: £29,926.00 – Pro Rata
Working Hours: 29.6 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Base: Hybrid working - working from office, home, site and in the community as needed. Your base will be our main office in Chy Trevail, Bodmin, PL31 2FR.
