Our Level 1 Engagement is a part of us and what we use daily to make sure we're recording what you tell us, and what's happening for you. We then use it to help us make decisions on areas that need improvement, to leave things that are working as they are, and help us to make informed decisions when needed. 

This information is what we collect from our general everyday interactions with our customers:

  • Complaints and compliments we receive
  • Anti-social behavior reports
  • Statistics from our website or customer service centre call intake
  • Reports pulled from information we hold on our main housing management system
  • Reports and data collected from property surveys and repairs
