Our Level 2 Engagement is where we want to really understand your experiences to help us make changes or improvements to a specific thing.

We will do this through: 

If we have a specific thing we want your feedback on, we will make sure we get a wide range of views from our differing customers, ensuring a mix of: ages, genders, family make-up's eg. family, single person etc, and a range of diversities and those with additional needs. This will help us to make sure we're getting a really clear picture across all of our tenants and can really make changes that are right and work for all.

We may contact you out of the blue by phone, post, email, text or face to face in your community. We will ask for your feedback or or help answer some questions to give us a better understanding of your experiences.
