In this level, residents are highly involved and have considerable knowledge about our business. They meet regularly in their group and often with Senor staff members to monitor the companies performance. Offer recommendations or alterations on behalf of all of our residents on changes to service areas, policies or other relevant things. Scrutinise regular areas of the business to ensure it's performance, offer recommendations and hold them to account.
