Not true, your home will be yours and yours alone.

Not true, your rent will likely go up every year, but we are strictly regulated by how much – it will always be subsidised
Myth - I can’t bring my pet with me
Not true, we always ask that you request permission to keep a pet in your home, but it is very unlikely that any reasonable request will be turned down.
Myth - I have to be a first-time buyer
Not true, as long as you don’t own, or are named on the deeds of any property either here or abroad, including static caravans, you could be eligible to buy a Shared Ownership home. Even if you have owned property in the past.
Myth - Shared Ownership is just for youngsters, I’m too old!
Not true, as long as you meet all the criteria you are never too old to own a share in your own home.
