We want to be open about how we are performing. So, we have published the results of the Your Call survey from April – December 2023 on our website.
“Your Call” is a Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) survey that assesses how well tenants think we are performing.
766 tenants took part from April to December, and we are aiming to hear from at least 1,000 tenants by April 2024.
We are looking into the results, and whilst they are similar to other councils and social housing providers, we want to do much better. Your feedback is helping us rethink our priorities so that we continue to try to improve and better meet your expectations.
