Although we commit to these 5 things, we know we need to work together with you, our customers, to really get this right, make it meaningful and drive that change for a better future for all.
So what can you do to make this happen?
No matter what time you have, we have different levels of involvement where you can make a real impact. In fact, have you ever spoken with one of our staff members to report something that wasn't working in your home... well, you've already started making an impact! (This is our Level 1 engagement).
We appreciate that everyone's lives, needs and interests are different and felt this was important in creating an engagement model that can really work for everyone.
