At Cornwall Housing, we understand that experience brings knowledge and that our customers thoughts and ideas are a real key factor in ensuring a service they deserve and making our organisation a success.

We've created these 5 commitments, as part of our new Resident Engagement Strategy:

Although we commit to these 5 things, we know we need to work together with you, our customers, to really get this right, make it meaningful and drive that change for a better future for all. 

So what can you do to make this happen?

No matter what time you have, we have different levels of involvement where you can make a real impact. In fact, have you ever spoken with one of our staff members to report something that wasn't working in your home... well, you've already started making an impact! (This is our Level 1 engagement).

We appreciate that everyone's lives, needs and interests are different and felt this was important in creating an engagement model that can really work for everyone.

Residents’ voices shaping our services

Our residents’ feedback and ideas are at the heart of everything we do. Listening and responding to your views helps us meet the Consumer Standards - ensuring our homes, neighbourhoods and services are safe, fair and responsive to your needs.

Your input helps us improve the way we communicate, deliver repairs and plan future services. You can read more about how resident feedback has shaped changed in our Residents' Influence Report.
