Our Charity of the Year

We have chosen our Charity of the Year for 2025: 

Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust.

Each year we choose a Cornish charity to 

support that is important to us, our staff and to the people of Cornwall. We’re proud to share that Cornwall Housing has selected the Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust as our Charity of the Year for 2025.

This incredible organisation delivers vital, life-saving emergency care by air – reaching people in critical need when every second counts. From remote rural locations to major incidents, their crew are true heroes of the skies.

How does Cornwall Housing support its Charity of the Year?

• we promote the charity throughout the year to our staff and residents
• our staff fundraise for the charity in their own time

Fundraising

To help support their essential work, 16 brave members of our team will be skydiving this August – leaping from thousands of feet in the air to raise funds for this lifesaving service. Every donation will go directly to keeping the Air Ambulance flying and saving lives across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

We also want to recognise the valuable work of our local foodbanks. We’ll also be supporting The Trussell Trust by hosting donation stations at all our office locations – helping to support those facing food insecurity in our communities.

Together, we’re aiming to make a real difference in 2025 – on the ground and in the air.
