The winner of Cornwall Housing’s Better Connections survey prize draw was presented with a £100 supermarket voucher this week.
Bogusia Sierota from Launceston was the lucky winner and was awarded the voucher by her Area Housing Officer, Ruth Ayre.
Cornwall Housing worked with PFA research to conduct the Better Connections survey throughout August. The aim was to find out how tenants want to be kept informed and how they want to contact us, to ensure that Cornwall Housing is better meeting tenant needs.
Over 1000 tenants took part in the survey via email, post and over the phone. To show our gratitude, each tenant was entered into the free prize draw.
Bogusia said: “I was so shocked when you rang to tell me the news. I never win anything; I couldn't believe it. Thank you so much. I am very happy and very pleased to receive the voucher.”
We will soon publish the results of the Better Connections survey on our website and highlights will be included in the winter customer magazine. We will also explain how this feedback influences our strategy for improving our communication and engagement.
