Resident focus group dates: help shape our communications

We're looking for residents to take part in a focus group to help shape the future of our resident magazine and wider communications.

This is an opportunity to share your views on what you do and don't like about the magazine, how you prefer to receive information from Cornwall Housing, any barriers you experience, and what we could do differently in the future.

Your feedback will help us make sure our communications are relevant, accessible and designed around residents' needs.

Focus group dates

Chy Trevail, Bodmin
Tuesday 27 October
10am - 12pm

The Dracaena Centre, Falmouth
Tuesday 3 November
10am - 12pm

As a thank you for taking part, everyone who attends will be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 retail voucher!

Need support to attend?

We don't want practical barriers to prevent anyone from taking part. If travel or childcare costs would make it difficult for you to attend, please let us know as we may be able to help.

Can't make these dates?

If you'd like to get involved but cannot attend either session, we'd still love to hear from you. We're also exploring the option of an online evening focus group if there's enough interest.
