How to end your tenancy

Failure to follow the steps below may cost you money:

Complete the online form or use the form in our booklet Ending your tenancy.
Inform your gas and electric providers that you are leaving. You will need to provide the meter reading and the date of the move
Inform South West Water that you are leaving. You will need to provide the meter reading and the date of the move
Clear any rent arrears in full OR contact your Rent Management Officer on 0300 1234 161
Leave the property in a clean condition and rectify any problems. A checklist is available to help you in our booklet Ending your tenancy
