allpay Payment

allpay Payment have a web page for tenants who have access to the internet and have a smartphone where apps can be downloaded.

How will the allpay web page and app benefit you?

allpay is available free of charge and enables you to pay your rent easily, wherever you are, at the touch of a button using either your credit or debit card.

You can store all of your payment reference numbers (you will need your 19-digit reference number from your rent payment card) and payment amounts so you don’t have to enter them every time. The app also allows you to create a 4-digit pin number so you don’t need to go through a lengthy login process every time you want to use it.

One of our tenants, Sarah, recently trialled the app for us, read her feedback below:

"I agreed and am very glad that I did. The app was very easy to set up and is exceptionally easy to use. You can store more than one credit/debit card on your app and it retains all of your information. It is as simple as remembering your 4-digit passcode and entering your 3-digit security number from the back of your credit/debit card, you then click proceed and it's done! No phoning, no walking to the post office, just quick, simple, secure and easy! I would highly recommend this app to anyone!”

allpay enables customers who cannot always get to their Council or Post Office, a way to pay their rent whilst they are at work or in the comfort of their own home.
