Your Rent Management Officers

Our Rent Management Officers help residents manage their rent and keep on top of their rent accounts. They make sure rent is paid and support people who are behind on payments.

For residents needing more intensive support, Rent Management Officers will signpost or refer to services such as the Tenancy Sustainment Service, CAB, debt advice agencies, or food banks.

Rent Management Officers work closely with other housing teams and outside organisations to make sure tenants get the right help at the right time. Their goal is to support people to stay in their homes and feel more financially secure.
